OUR VISION
VALUES AND APPROACH
At the Integrated Community Center, dignity for all is at the heart of our holistic functions and activities.
With unwavering belief and commitment, we are thoroughly convinced that the integrity of labor is crucially connected to the wellbeing of a society.
Guiding our concrete conviction are the core values of the ICC which revolve around dignity, integrity, competence, social justice, education and building real human relationships.
In our most immediate community and those we are participants in across the globe, we work within the framework of local laws and internationally recognized mandates to ensure workers are: fairly compensated, treated with the utmost respect, provided with stellar safety and consistently treated with equality.
So long as social and economic injustices exist, whether they run rampant or cause lower scale harm, the ICC collectively upscales labor conditions, protects disempowered migrant workers, upholds the rule of law and champions human rights, all the while being a beacon of democracy.
